Refund policy

At SNEH – Special Needs Empowerment Hub, every purchase directly supports adults with special needs and our partner NGOs. As many of our products are handcrafted and made with care, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

* Retail orders: Accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

* Customised products: No returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect.

* Bulk corporate orders: Approve samples before production and state that orders cannot be returned once approved.

* Handmade products: Include a note that minor variations in colour, print placement, or handcrafted finish are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not defects.

* Please note: Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed

 

To be eligible for a return:

* Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

* Email us with your Order Number, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

* A parcel opening video is mandatory, and the product must be inspected in a live video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Customised or personalised products

* Bulk corporate gifting orders

* Wedding favours and event orders

* Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

* Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If a replacement is preferred and stock is available, we will be happy to send a replacement instead.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

* Damaged products

* Incorrect products received

We do not offer exchanges based on change of mind, colour preference, or size preference (where applicable).

Please note: Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed

Cancellation Policy

* Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

* Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

* Customised and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
