Psychologist and special educator, bringing expertise in creative skill development, product innovation and the empowerment of adults with special needs.

Operations & Business Development
IT postgraduate supporting SNEH’s operations, business development and customer relationships, helping strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable growth.

Mr. John Alex
After graduating in Agriculture & Rural Development, Mr. John Alex began his career as a Group II Gazetted Officer in the Tamil Nadu Government. He later served in senior agricultural banking roles at Indian Overseas Bank across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. In 2008, he joined Equitas and led social initiatives focused on healthcare, education, skill development, food security and employment. He also championed inclusion for persons with disabilities and transgender communities. In 2019, he was appointed ED & CEO of Equitas Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Gurunath N
With over 35 years of experience in the banking and financial services space, Gurunath has also worked at Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank and ICICI Bank. He is responsible for all operational aspects of Samunnati as well as some of the key support functions like Business Performance of Samunnati Financial (Lending). He is also an Executive Director on the Board of Samunnati
Mr. Sridhar Ganesh
Mr. Sridhar Ganesh is a seasoned HR professional and thought leader with extensive experience in strategic and operational HR management. A Physics graduate with a postgraduate degree from IIM Kolkata, he has held leadership roles across organizations including Murugappa Group, Cadbury, Berger Paints and GKW. He played a key role in driving transformational HR initiatives and served as Director HR and Lead Director at Murugappa Group. He later served as Professor and Chairperson at LIBA before becoming MD & CEO of Adrenalin eSystems. He is also deeply involved in social initiatives and causes.
Mr. Manjit Singh Nayar
Mr. Manjit Singh Nayar is the General Secretary and Correspondent of Guru Nanak College (Autonomous), Chennai and Guru Nanak Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai and also the General Secretary of Guru Nanak Educational Society. Mr. Manjit Singh is well known in Chennai as a philanthropist and educationist who has always been in the forefront when it comes to creating impactful and meaningful work in the field of education and social work. He is also the Asst. Commandant General (Home Guards) of the Tamil Nadu Police and a member of Tamil Nadu State Minorities Commission from 2012.

Prof. Anand Jagadeesan
Prof. Anand Jagadeesan is an academician in Management Science and a management consultant with over 25 years of professional experience. His expertise spans Oil & Gas, Media, Banking, Information Technology, Financial Services and Social Service. He is associated with advisory and consulting organizations and serves on the advisory board of V-Excel Educational Trust.
Giridharan Ramamoorthy
Giridharan Ramamoorthy is a seasoned software technologist with over two decades of business experience. He has held leadership roles with companies including Bank of America and Accenture. He brings extensive expertise in technology and business and is actively involved in supporting social causes.
Ms. Anuradha Mahesh
Ms. Anuradha Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in accounting and audit, including work with Big 4 firms in India and abroad. She has actively supported special-needs education and served as a trustee and director of a special school. Her work focuses on inclusive education, community development and social empowerment.
